If you keep focusing on the NEGATIVE, you will attract MORE negative! Focus on loving yourself, the way you are, RIGHT NOW! Loving yourself the way you are doesn’t mean you have to stop desiring improvement, it means that you appreciate where you are, how far you’ve come, but you respect yourself enough to know that you are capable of MORE than you ever imagined!
Love yourself, right now. Love yourself the way you are. Positive thoughts and positive emotions attract positive results!
Let go of that negativity, love yourself, respect yourself, but never ever ever stop believing that you can go harder, push further and improve!
Depend on no one but yourself for ANYTHING. I’m not saying don’t “ever trust anyone,” but don’t ever count on someone else to determine your happiness, success, motivation, etc. As much as someone says they will “always be there for you, no matter what,” you have to remember that no one can really be there ALL THE TIME. You are your own motivation. Everything you do in this life has to be FOR YOU! Like it says up there, even your own shadow isn’t there 100% of the time, so count on NO ONE but YOURSELF! :)
Sometimes it’s hard to really digest this information. I’m what I like to call an “education addict.” I love to learn new things and I’m constantly seeking new information and ideas. I absorb things like a sponge, but sometimes my problem is that even though I LEARN tons of incredibly valuable things, they don’t mean ANYTHING until I put them into practice!
What’s my point? You can “know” exactly what to do with your health and what foods you “shouldn’t eat,” and you can “know” that you should be working out and taking care of yourself, and additionally…you can know all sorts of really amazing business practices and productivity techniques, motivational skills, etc…but until you USE these bits of knowledge, they’re nothing! You’re going to stay unhealthy, stay in a body you don’t like, and stay stuck in the hamster wheel you’ve created in your life.
